Faculty & Staff
As counselor educators, we are committed to exceptional instruction. We take great pride in our teaching faculty, who are invested in student learning, passionate about their respective fields, and have a wealth and breadth of experience from which to draw. All core faculty are active clinicians, currently seeing clients.
We believe it is important for teaching faculty to also serve as mentors and role models for our students. We strive for faculty who represent students’ areas of interests, have professional roles in which students have an interest, and are licensed clinical mental health counselors – the licensure for which our students are eligible for post-graduation. All of our instructors have expertise in their respective fields.
For specific questions about state licensure, please reference the Licensing Disclosure page. For alumni requesting supporting documents for licensure application, please contact waldoj@bu.edu.
For questions regarding admissions or the program, please reference our program’s Admissions page. For any inquiries that our resources do not answer, please email our program mailbox at mhcbm@bu.edu. If inquiries are sent to any other email besides our program inbox, we cannot guarantee that they will be received or responded to.
