Required Courses
Candidates for the MS in Oral Health Sciences (OHS) are required to complete a minimum of 32 graduate credit hours, including a final capstone or thesis project.
The following core courses are taken at the Goldman School of Dental Medicine:
GMS OH 751 Biochemistry, fall semester
GMS OH 730 Physiology, fall semester
GMS OH 731 Physiology, spring semester
GMS OH 750 Prevention and Health Promotion in Dentistry, spring semester
Other required courses offered through GMS include:
GMS MS 640 Introduction to Biomedical Information, spring semester
GMS OH 971 / OH 972 Related Medical Sciences, fall/spring semester
Students also can choose from several elective courses taken with graduate students through GMS.
