Clinician Vitality Survey

EVI administers the Clinician Vitality Survey to physicians, advanced practice providers, and trainees. We use the data to partner with BUMG, BMC, and BU Chobanian & Avedisian School of Medicine in addressing the complex factors of systems and culture driving clinical burnout and professional fulfillment.

EVI, in partnership with the Wellness and Professional Vitality Advisory Council, analyzes the survey results by race, gender, and other variables to further understand how experiences across our institutions differ. Approaching wellness through an equity lens is essential to improving experiences of professional fulfillment and burnout.

EVI Action Planning

On a yearly basis, EVI engages each department and section leadership team on their data. Those leadership teams then share their own data with their faculty and identify goals and actions toward advancing equity and vitality.
