SAS for Research, Teaching & Learning
Boston University offers SAS to Faculty, Staff and Students.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
1. We currently have SAS 9.1.3 (Windows and Linux) and SAS 9.2 (Windows and Linux) available on DVD media.
- We also offer SAS installation on CD media. Please inform us before coming by to pick up a copy of SAS if you will be needing CD media. SAS installation CD’s consist of six (6) individual CD’s.
- SAS 9.2 can ONLY be installed on the following Microsoft Windows operating systems: Windows XP Professional, Windows Vista Business, Windows Vista Enterprise and Windows Vista Ultimate.
2. Students: Boston University currently offers SAS at no charge to students that are enrolled in classes that require the need for SAS. Please check with your professor as to which version of SAS you should obtain for class.
3. Members of Boston Medical Center that need to obtain a copy of SAS must contact the BUMC IT office for detailed information regarding use, installation and payment.
