–Semester Break: Change to LfA category 4 to stop attestation & testing on Student Link –Campus Return: Change to LfA 1-3 on return, 2 negative tests by BU required within 1 week to return to class, 3 tests if returning from international location –Current guidelines: Thanksgiving, Dean of Students –Future guidance: Likely new at end of semester & in January –Best site for current info: Dean Elmore’s letters to students |

-Flu shot is required for GMS. Documentation should be uploaded to Patient Connect -If LfA category 4, immunizations & flu shot can be waived |
