- The Wellbeing Project – Virtual Resources for Wellbeing
- The Terriers Connect training program teaches members of the Boston University community to identify signs of distress, develop effective skills for communicating with and supporting students, and provide accurate information about referrals to mental health professionals. Physical Fitness
- Fuller Recreation Center
- Access to the Fuller Rec Center court and recreational area has been granted to the Boston University Medical Center (BUMC) community as part of a campus-wide pilot program. All BUMC students, staff and faculty now have access to the space from 4-9 p.m., six days a week (gym is closed on Tuesdays). The court can be used for pick-up basketball, volleyball, soccer and other group sports. Basketball, soccer, dodge ball and volleyball equipment are available in the storage closet with swipe card access. Fitness classes are offered each semester. Students must sign up for the BUMC FitPass and sign a waiver to participate in classes.
- BU Fitness & Recreation Center (Currently open by appointment)
- BU’s Fitness and Recreation Center (Fit Rec) is located on the Charles River Campus and is easily accessible by the BUS. The building provides approximately 270,000 square feet of space, supporting physical education, non-credit courses, intramurals, club sports, student organizations and much more. Membership to the Fitness and Recreation Center is automatically granted to all enrolled full-time undergraduate and graduate Boston University students. Hours are M-Th 6AM-10PM, F 6AM-8PM, Sat/Sun 8AM-8PM.

Emotional Health
- Behavioral Medicine clinicians are available 24 hours a day on-call for mental health emergencies at (617) 353-3569
- Behavioral Medicine offers various workshops and groups to help you address a variety of mental health related needs. Participating in one of these options will help decrease isolation and expand your support network, while gaining effective coping skills.
- Sexual Assault Response & Prevention (SARP)
- The SARP provides professional, rapid, confidential and free-of-charge advocacy and assistance to BU students who have experienced a traumatic incident. Our particular focus is sexual trauma and rape. They also assist survivors of physical assault, interpersonal violence and other crimes.
- The Center for Anxiety & Related Disorders (CARD)
- Boston University Center for Anxiety and Related Disorders (BU CARD) is an internationally known clinic specializing in helping both adults and children address a range of anxiety disorders and related challenges, such as difficulties with mood, sleep, concentration and pain.
- Actively Moving Forward (BU Chapter)
- Actively Moving Forward is dedicated to supporting young adults grieving the illness or death of a loved one. The program accomplishes its mission by creating chapters on college campuses nationwide that connect and empower grieving college students to support one another and participate in community service in memory of deceased loved ones, raising awareness about the needs of grieving young adults, and hosting national grief support programs and events. They also support non-collegiate young adults by creating a wealth of virtual information, programming and community.
- The Danielsen Institute
- The Danielsen Institute provides confidential counseling for individuals, partners, couples, families and groups. They have a sliding scale fee structure.

- Boston University chaplains are available by appointment to counsel Boston University graduate and undergraduate students. Religious life on campus includes the following faiths: interfaith, Bahá’i, Buddhist, Christian-Catholic, Christian-Evangelical, Christian-Orthodox, Christian-Protestant, Hindu, Jewish, Muslim, and Sikh.

- Center for Gender, Sexuality & Activism
