Personal Facts/Hobbies: I was born in Hamadan, a historic city in Iran. After accumulating 6 years of experience as a dietitian, working closely with individuals facing obesity, my curiosity to delve deeper into the mechanisms of obesity treatment led me to Boston University. It was there that I successfully completed my second master’s degree in nutrition and metabolism. Currently, I have plans to enroll in medical school, and I am actively working to enhance my research skills. My ultimate goal is to become a physician-scientist in my future career.

During my leisure time away from work, I thoroughly enjoy engaging in a handful of cherished hobbies. These include immersing myself in nature through exploration, taking leisurely walks along scenic trails. Additionally, I derive immense pleasure from the intricate world of watercolor painting, also engaging in community volunteer activities brings me a great sense of fulfillment and joy.

Moreover, I find delight in discussing my experiences at BU, eagerly sharing my insights and knowledge to guide newcomers in navigating the wealth of resources that await them within the GMS community. Feel free to reach out to me anytime.
