In my free time I love trying new restaurants, bakeries and cafes, hanging out with friends and family, baking, reading fiction novels, and doing pilates. I also love being outside so a long walk and an iced latte are one of my favorite ways to relax! I also really enjoy traveling (even just short road trips to cute new towns) and cannot wait to be able to do it more often.

Personal Facts/Hobbies:

I grew up in a small town about an hour outside of NYC with my mom, dad, and younger brother. My parents immigrated here from Algeria and the majority of my family still lives there to this day! I am currently a second year student in MAMS and completed my undergraduate degree in Health Science here at BU too. Over the last few years, BU and Boston have become my home and I am so grateful for all of the experiences I’ve had and the relationships I’ve made with my peers, faculty, and staff that have allowed me to grow here. MAMS has been such an amazing opportunity that has really allowed me to further develop as a student. I’m passionate about supporting students like myself to help them find their community and to know that they are not alone on this journey.
