GMS Mix & Mingle Brings Holiday Cheer to the End of the Semester
Around 160 GMS students, faculty and staff celebrated the end of a successful Fall 2023 semester at the annual Mix & Mingle social, held on Thursday, Nov. 30 in Hiebert Lounge.
The event, co-sponsored by the Community Catalyst Center and GMS Student Affairs, included appetizers, desserts, a bar, games, raffle prizes, and live music from GMS Marketing & Communications Specialist Mike Bloom.
Toward the second half of the evening, Associate Provost and Dean C. James McKnight announced the winners of the night’s raffle, with help
from familiar faces like Assistant Dean of Master’s Programs Theresa Davies, Associate Dean for Diversity & Inclusion Angelique Harris, Associate Director of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Felipe Agudelo and more.
Students who entered the raffle had the chance to win items such as gourmet hot sauce sets; gift cards to Chipotle, AMC, Starbucks and Barnes & Noble; coffee kits; C3 swag and more!
As finals approach, the Mix & Mingle was a welcomed opportunity to relax and socialize with GMS peers and friends. The Hiebert Lounge 
space provided a beautiful view of the Boston city skyline, as well as a warm atmosphere for fun and conversation throughout the evening. We wish everyone continued success through the last two weeks of the semester and a wonderful holiday season.
