Mark Your Calendars for the GMS Spring Formal and BUMC Dodgeball Tournament!
Mark your calendars! We have two exciting events lined up for the GMS community to celebrate the end of the academic year:
May 13: GMS Spring Semi-Formal
Join your fellow GMS students and friends for the GMS Spring Formal on Friday, May 13 at 7 p.m., hosted by the Graduate Medical Sciences Student Organization!
The event will include catered food, a bar and live music with a DJ, all surrounded by panoramic views of Boston at Hiebert Lounge. Formal dress is not required to attend.
Tickets are $15 each, and you can purchase them here.
Keep in mind that this event is open to GMS students only; however, you may bring one guest who does not need to be a GMS student. Everyone attending must purchase a ticket and must be on the guest list to enter the event.
May 16: BUMC Dodgeball TournamentÂ
Don’t miss your chance to compete in the 2022 Boston University Medical Campus Dodgeball Tournament!
This year’s tournament will take place on Monday, May 16, from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. in Fuller Gym. You’ll go up against the School of Medicine, the School of Public Health and the Goldman School of Dental Medicine in a friendly competition to end the semester.
All members of the BUMC community — students, faculty and staff — are encouraged to play, and no experience is required. You can sign up to play as a team or as a free agent. Only one person per team needs to sign up, and teams with less than the maximum number of players (6) will be filled with free agents.
