  2. Primary and consultative services for new and established kidney transplant recipients and kidney donors.
  3. Primary and consultative services for patients on chronic hemodialysis and home dialysis therapies.

General Ambulatory Services:

  1. Evaluation and management of Chronic Kidney Diseases.
  2. Evaluation and management of hematuria and proteinuria.
  3. Evaluation and management of resistant and secondary hypertension syndromes.
  4. Evaluation and management of Autosomal Dominant Polycystic Kidney Disease (ADPKD) and congenital kidney diseases.
  5. Evaluation and management of glomerular and tubulo-interstitial kidney diseases.
  6. Evaluation and medical management of kidney stone diseases.
  7. Clinical trial participation for novel therapeutics and diagnostic approaches.

Kidney Transplantation Services:

  1. In-hospital multidisciplinary care of new and established kidney transplant recipients and donors.
  2. Comprehensive outpatient care of established kidney transplant recipients and donors.
  3. Multidisciplinary evaluation for the candidacy of kidney transplantation and kidney donation

Chronic Dialysis Services:

  1. In-center Hemodialysis, Peritoneal Dialysis, and Home Hemodialysis services at Davita Boston Dialysis, the largest dialysis unit affiliated with an academic practice in Massachusetts, Mary Eliza Mahoney Dialysis Center, and Davita Brookline Dialysis Center.

Glomerular Disease Center Services:

  1. Second-opinion consultations and comprehensive care of patients with all types of glomerular diseases by faculty who are internationally known for their expertise in glomerular pathologies, systemic amyloidosis, and vasculitis.
  2. Clinical trial participation for novel therapeutics and diagnostic approaches.

Amyloidosis Center Services:

  1. Multidisciplinary comprehensive care for patients with systemic or kidney-limited amyloidosis in one of the country’s most prominent referral center for amyloidosis care. The clinical program works closely with the Stem Cell Transplantation Program in the Section of Hematology-Oncology.
  2. Clinical trial participation for novel therapeutics.

Lupus Clinic Services:

  1. Multidisciplinary comprehensive care for patients with systemic lupus erythematosus involving physicians from nephrology, rheumatology, dermatology, and obstetrics/gynecology.
  2. Clinical trial participation for novel therapeutics.

Hypertension Clinic Services:

  1. Hypertension specialist from nephrology partners with primary care teams to provide comprehensive care for individuals with difficult to control/resistant hypertension, white coat hypertension, masked hypertension, secondary hypertension syndromes, and hypertension with multi-drug intolerance.
  2. Clinical trial participation for novel therapeutics.
