Congratulations to Dr. Natasha Awais, MD, on her graduation from Boston University and Boston Medical Center’s Nephrology Fellowship Training Program! Originally from Pakistan, Natasha joined BMC as a Nephrology Fellow in 2019 to continue following her childhood dream of being in the medical field. She was drawn to program by how much she liked everyone involved, and found that she “loved the family vibe” of the section. She enjoys Nephrology in its entirety and has a great appreciation for the mentors she has worked with in the program. Natasha is proud of all she has accomplished during her time in fellowship, with her graduation from the program being one of her proudest achievements. Her favorite activity in the city is enjoying a walk in Boston Common. When she’s not working, Natasha enjoys her hobbies of theater and reading. She expresses that she will miss everyone in the program- and she will also be greatly missed! Following fellowship, Dr. Awais will be joining the North Shore Physicians Group.
