Double Terrier Scholarship at GMS

BU recently announced the new Double Terrier Scholarship, to make continuing your academic journey at Boston University more accessible and affordable.
If you earned your bachelor’s at BU, this scholarship honors your undergraduate work and guarantees a 25% tuition award toward eligible master’s programs including all those in GMS (except the Physician Assistant Program which offers its own scholarship).
Guidelines
- The Double Terrier Scholarship provides a tuition award of 25%, which is the maximum scholarship amount offered by Graduate Medical Sciences (GMS).
- GMS programs may not combine the Double Terrier Scholarship with any additional GMS-funded scholarships, including the GMS Dean’s Scholarship.
- Scholarships from funding sources outside of GMS—such as the Levine Scholarship—may be combined with the Double Terrier Scholarship.
- The Double Terrier Scholarship may be applied to either full-time or part-time tuition.
- Students who earned their bachelor’s degree from Boston University and began a master’s program prior to Summer 2026 are not eligible for this scholarship.
