C3 Spring Pizza Party Draws 150 GMS Students to Talbot Green for Food, Drinks and Games

Students walking through Talbot Green on Thursday, April 21 had the chance to grab a free bite to eat and relax with friends at this year’s C3 (Community Catalyst Center) Spring Pizza Party.

The event, held from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., included several kinds of pizza, trays of cookies and bowls of fruit and ice-cold beverages. Behind the food tables, students could unwind on the Talbot Green lawn chairs or compete with friends in classic games like cornhole, ladder toss and Kan Jam.

Even though it was a breezy day, the sun came out just in time for the festivities, and the lawn was covered in students taking full advantage of the warmer weather. Overall, the pizza party was a massive hit, with around 150 students in attendance from multiple Graduate Medical Sciences programs.
