Description: This session will help participants understand the key considerations that apply in forming a team that is appropriate to the needs of a particular venture and that will be likely to produce positive results. Students will be exposed to various ideas and theories that relate to effective team member selection, successful team-building, positive approaches to team leadership, the effects of diversity of style and thought on the quality of a team’s results, and other aspects of good and bad team dynamics.
