2nd Annual GMS Alumni Award Reception

Description: Join us for alumni networking over light appetizers and drinks. Networking will begin following the 2nd Annual Distinguished Alumni Award presentation and the summary of the Dr. Erika Ebbel Angel Community Service Award Winners. The event is in collaboration with BPSO.

Join GMS in recognizing the contributions of our alumni at the 2nd Annual Alumni Award Reception. Also hear from two of our current PhD students who are the winners of the inaugural Dr. Erika Ebbel Angle Community Service Award. Our trainees want to meet you! Following the presentations enjoy wine/beer and refreshments with old friends, current trainees, faculty and staff.
BU PhD Alumni Awardee

Steven Treon, MD, PhD
Dr. Treon is a 1993 graduate of the Department of Microbiology at BU School of Medicine. He is an Associate Professor of Medicine at Harvard Medical School and an attending physician for medical oncology at Dana-Farber. He is the Director of a research center and the Chair of a clinical trials group.
