Children and Family Focused Community Based Fellowship
The Children and Family focused Community based Fellowship is being supported through the Behavioral Health Workforce Education and Training Program offered through the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA). This fellowship offers training in integrated pediatric primary care at the Boston-area community healthcare centers. The fellowship is part of CMTP (Center for Multicultural Training in Psychology) at the Boston Medical Center (BMC) and emphasizes relationships with community-based partners to increase access to quality behavioral health services for populations across the lifespan in high need and high demand areas. A special focus is placed on demonstrating knowledge and understanding of the specific concerns for children, adolescents, and transitional-aged youth who are at risk for behavioral health disorders. This fellowship is 85% clinical and 15% scholarly activity.
