Provost Workshop on Negotiation and Conflict Management

Where there are people, there is conflict, so to work effectively together people must learn to negotiate their way to collaborative solutions. This session looks at what makes conflict and negotiations challenging for many people and provides skills, strategies, and tips to help people resolve conflicts or advocate for themselves and others more effectively. The session is interactive, experiential and fun.
