Class of 2020 Recognition Event

are hosting a collaborative event to recognize 2020 graduates

Recognition Event:  10-11 am | Reception:  11 am-1 pm

The Class of 2020 Recognition Event is a formal recognition of your achievements, including the calling of each graduate to the stage to be hooded by faculty. Academic dress is required for all graduates.

A Class of 2020 Reception will take place immediately following; brunch will be served according to COVID-19 safety protocols.

All graduates and guests must have completed registration, as this is a ticketed event.

Mask Requirement

During the Recognition Event from 10:00AM-11:00AM, all attendees must wear a mask. Please make sure to inform your guests of this requirement.

Parking

• Parking is challenging in the South End (as you are probably aware). There will be some parking available in the 710 Albany Street Garage (with a flat rate of $8), in addition to the usual street parking. We highly recommend that you/your guests consider parking on the Charles River Campus and take the BU Shuttle over to the MED Campus. The shuttle runs on Saturdays from 6:30AM-7:00PM with 30 minute service.

All University Commencement

The All-University Commencement ceremony dedicated to the Class of 2020 will also be held during Alumni Weekend for all those who completed degrees from September 2019 through September 2020. The ceremony will take place on Sunday, October 3, 2021, at 1 pm ET at Agganis Arena.  For more information see the All-University 2020 Commencement webpage.
