Summer Undergraduate Research Program Begins May 31st
GMS welcomes students in the Summer Undergraduate Research Program. This is a rigorous ten week summer program for undergraduate students interested in achieving a Ph.D. in biomedical research, especially those students from groups underrepresented in the biomedical sciences. The program starts May 31, 2011 and will continue through August 5, 2011.
Russek Day: Student Achievement Day
Held from 9am-5pm on May 27 in Hiebert Lounge. On this day we honor our graduate students by hearing about their exciting research efforts in a poster session and share their excitement as they congratulate their friends after winning the coveted Achievement Award. We also share our ideas with a scientific luminary that serves as a Visiting Professor for the student award winners.
