Program and Diploma

If you plan on Graduating in May, you must complete the Masters or PhD Commencement form by March 23rd, 2020.  This form will be sent out in early February.  If you have not received this form please contact Dr. Theresa Davies.

To Update Your Graduation Information:

In the Student Link, select Academics.

• Choose Diploma and Graduation.
• Review/update your diploma information (degree, major, school/college, how your name will appear).
  • Even if you’re not attending a ceremony, please update your information so we can accurately create your diploma.
  • If you have not submitting your diploma application, contact Millie Agosto as it is past the deadline.

  NOTE: Transcripts must be ordered through the main BU registrar and not GMS registrar, GMS registrar is unable to process this request for you. When using the transcript ordering service online, please make sure to select “Students from all other schools/colleges.” For transcript ordering purposes, “School of Medicine” refers only to Medical Students pursuing a M.D.
