Creating Your Individual Development Plan, Part I: Finding the Right Career Path for YOU
Scientists today follow many different types of scientific career paths. But with so many options, how do you decide which is the best for you? In this workshop, you will consider your top skills, interests, and values, and then identify strategies for tailoring your career exploration to these unique individual characteristics. Taught by Cynthia Fuhrmann, co-author of “myIDP” (a new online career-planning tool hosted by AAAS and Science Careers), this interactive workshop will propel you toward the next step along your career trajectory.
