The Inter-American Foundation’s (IAF) Grassroots Development Ph.D. Fellowship is a funding opportunity for Ph.D. students that want to do research on issues involving grassroots development in Latin America and the Caribbean. It is an inter-disciplinary fellowship program, so we welcome applications from Ph.D. candidates of all disciplines, and are currently looking to expand our applicant pool to include more Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) students.
