Network Printer Recommendations

All of these printers can be purchased from the online vendor GovConnection, which is accessible through SAP (BU Works).

You should choose your printer based on how much you expect it to be used.  Low usage printers are for small offices or labs.  High usage printers are for larger departmental offices.  Departments that require multifunctional printers for high volume usage may want to look into purchasing a Ricoh multifunctional device (print/copy/scan/fax). Toners and Ink Cartridges

Please note that the department is responsible for replenishing paper, toner and ink cartridges in their printers. Departments can purchase printer toners and ink from:
