VPN instructions for Android devices

Using the VPN with Android devices (4.0 and above)

  1. Download the Cisco Secure Client from the App Store on your iDevice.
  2. Once the application is installed, run the client to set up a connection.
  3. Tap Connections -> Add VPN Connection.
  4. In the Server Address, type vpn.bu.edu/2fa.
  5. Tap Save. You will be prompted to allow VPN configuration on your iOS device.
  6. Slide the Secure Client VPN from off to on.
  7. Next input your BU login name, Kerberos password and Second Password to log in.

  8. To disconnect, go back into the Cisco App and slide the Secure Client VPN from on to off.
