||Receive expert, manufacturer-authorized installation, configuration, or repair services on your University-owned computers.
||Our skilled technicians are certified to provide in-warranty and post-warranty repairs, upgrades, and service for most Apple, Dell, and Lenovo computers
||Computer must be University-owned
- Repair services are free of charge for computers that are covered by the manufacturer warranty and supported by the Computer Support Subscription. If your hardware does not meet both of these requirements, repairs will be performed at the standard BUMC IT hourly rate
- If your computer is no longer under warranty, you are responsible for purchasing any replacement parts
