Overview	The BUMC IT Service Desk provides repair services for approved computers
Available To	Faculty, Staff, Departments
Benefits	Receive expert, manufacturer-authorized installation, configuration, or repair services on your University-owned computers.
Key Features	Our skilled technicians are certified to provide in-warranty and post-warranty repairs, upgrades, and service for most Apple, Dell, and Lenovo computers
Requirements	Computer must be University-owned
Cost	Repair services are free of charge for computers that are covered by the manufacturer warranty and supported by the Computer Support Subscription. If your hardware does not meet both of these requirements, repairs will be performed at the standard BUMC IT hourly rate Look up Apple Warranty Status Look up Dell Warranty Status Look up Lenovo Warranty Status If your computer is no longer under warranty, you are responsible for purchasing any replacement parts
