Accessing Library Resources
Boston University Medical Campus (BUMC) students, faculty, staff, residents, and other users who have a BU login name and Kerberos password can access licensed online resources from home or other off-campus locations through an authentication service called EZproxy. These resources include electronic journals, textbooks, electronic indexes, and other Web-based tools. Users no longer need the VPN or Proxy Server to access our resources.
- If you need to renew or apply for a BU (Kerberos) login account, please have your sponsor fill out the Guest Affiliate Account form.
- Sponsors are Full-Time BU Faculty or Staff who have a BU login account.
- Have your sponsor go to Affiliate Account form.
- Click on Guests
- Click on either Request New Affiliate Account or Change/Renew Affiliate Account
- Fill out form as well to check off the desired access (Exchange/Office 365, WiFi, etc.).
- Sponsors are Full-Time BU Faculty or Staff who have a BU login account.
