- Adult Outpatient Psychiatry Clinic: Provides treatment for mental health conditions, including substance use disorder, major depressive disorder and psychosis.

- MCPAP for Moms can connect you with providers and resources to help with your mental wellbeing.

- Postpartum Support International: Call the helpline at 1-800-944-4773 or visit their website for resources and groups if you are feeling overwhelmed after giving birth.
- Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center: Under maternal-fetal medicine and postpartum care, you will find mental health resources and contact information.
- Brigham and Women’s Hospital offers help and resources for those who are struggling with their mental health during pregnancy or postpartum, menstruation and menopause.
Urgent Services for Parental Stress, Mental Health, Substance Misuse Crisis (BMC and non-BMC patients)
- BEST: Call 1-800-981-4357 if you or someone you know is having a mental health or substance misuse crisis.
- CBHC is a community behavioral health clinic for those who need a same day visit during the week for mental health or substance use concerns. Click on CBHC to be directed to their website for more information on clinic hours and location.
- National Maternal Mental Health Hotline: Call or text 1-833-TLC-MAMA if you are feeling overwhelmed during your pregnancy or after giving birth.
- Parenting Stress Line of Massachusetts: Call 1-800-632-8188 if you need to talk to someone about any concerns or problems related to your children.
Information about Postpartum Psychosis (BMC and non-BMC patients)
- Perinatal/Postpartum Psychosis Help includes a description of perinatal psychosis, resources and explanation of treatment options.
- MGH’s Postpartum Psychosis Project offers explanations of postpartum psychosis and resources for those who may be going through this, and for providers who may need additional support.

- Postpartum Support International, Loss and Grief in Pregnancy and Postpartum: Offers support groups, a helpline, a directory of providers, and other organizations and resources that can help parents dealing with the loss of a child.
- Postpartum Support International, Online Support Groups: Offers online support groups, peer mentors and other specialized support services for the perinatal period.
- HRI NEST Intensive Outpatient Program is a therapeutic, day treatment program for pregnant and postpartum individuals who need mental health and emotional support.
