Student Financial Services will have in-person counseling staff available in our office in Robinson B-401, during our walk-in hours:

Visitors to Boston University Medical Campus who do not have a Boston University ID card are now required to register at the security desk when entering any building on campus. By submitting this form prior to your visit to Student Financial Services & Housing Resources our office will be aware of your anticipated arrival. Current BU students and those with a BU ID card should not complete this form and can visit our office during normal walk-in hours.
Notary Services
Notary services are available free of charge to BUMC students only during the following hours. Students should contact SFS at osfs@bu.edu to confirm notary availability.

Our office is not responsible for student account payments and SFS is not responsible for lost or misplaced checks sent to our office in error. Student Accounting Services has a secure lockbox in New York for which all personal and third-party checks should be sent:

Visitors to Student Financial Services
MAP and DIRECTIONS from within the Boston University Medical Campus building:
- Enter the School of Medicine lobby.
- Take an immediate right after you pass the Public Safety station.
- Continue down the corridor into the Evans Building then turn left at the end of the hall.
- You will see two silver elevators on your right. Take the elevators to 4R (not 4)
- Exit the elevators and continue to the end of the hallway (you will pass through a doorway that says “Neurosurgery”).
- At the end of the hallway, turn left and head through the double doorway.
- Our suite is located on the right side of the hallway in Room 401.
