THRIVE: Closing the Digital Divide
Mission:
We aim to identify patients with low digital literacy, lack of access to a digital device and lack of connection to the internet to connect them with appropriate resources in the hospital and the community including:
- Referring to community-based organizations for digital literacy courses and walk-in help
- Providing affordable internet access by helping patients connect with Emergency Broadband (EBB) federal program
- Providing support with Telehealth and Mychart in-house at BMC
