MD Student Virtual Personal Appointment Room Reservations

Existing reservations for A-409A and A-410 will appear below.

Rooms are bookable from 8am-6pm, Monday through Friday. If no one has reserved a room, the space is available for regular use. If the room is reserved, the reserving student has that space for their reserved time.

Guidelines:

• These reservations are only for MD students’ personal virtual appointments (i.e. care provider appointments).
  • When not booked, therse rooms remain open study rooms. They cannot be reserved for studying.
• A reservation can be made no less than 1 hour in advance
• The maximum reservation time in a day is 2 hours per person
• An individual can make no more than 2 reservations per week
• If another reservation begins after yours, you must leave the room. If the room is open after your reservation, you can stay but cannot restrict others from using the space.
