Mission: We seek to provide a supportive space for students to learn and practice Mandarin through language sessions geared towards a medical environment and through volunteering opportunities serving the Chinese-speaking communities in the greater Boston area.

Goals:

• To introduce students to relevant medical terminology in Chinese and create a safe space for practicing role-play patient interviews with peers and instructors in Chinese
• To promote an understanding of the specific needs of Chinese-speaking communities in the greater Boston area through service opportunities and faculty talks
