SCHOLARSHIP AND FINANCIAL AID RESOURCES

LOAN REPAYMENT/FORGIVENESS PROGRAMS – There are programs available to help you with repayment of your educational loans. Some programs provide funds to be applied directly toward repayment of educational loans. In other cases a lender may forgive repayment of educational loans made to you while you were a student. Usually a program has a service obligation but also provides a salary while you are in service. Information on many programs is available on the Association of American Medical Colleges (AAMC) website. Certified nurse-midwives may be eligible for National Health Service Corps Loan Repayment. More information is available by calling 800-221-9393 or through the National Health Service Corps website.
