The Integrated Behavioral Health Program has initiated a collaborative, multidisciplinary initiative to integrate behavioral health services into other clinical care services at BMC including family medicine and general internal medicine. To inform this initiative, clinicians and researchers in the Departments of Psychiatry, Family Medicine and General Internal Medicine (GIM) are collaborating on an interdisciplinary quality improvement (QI) research project to investigate the ongoing implementation of integrated care in BMC Family Medicine and General Internal Medicine from the perspectives of medical and behavioral health providers and administrators. The findings from this study will inform and improve the implementation and delivery of integrated behavioral health services.
