VisualDx is an award-winning clinical decision support system used in 100+ medical programs, helping to enhance problem-based learning and medical decision-making skills. VisualDx helps students learn differential diagnoses with variations in drug interactions and presentations, which helps them develop skills to provide care that is reflective, inclusive, and equitable. This session will help educators learn how they can integrate VisualDx into their curriculum. CME can be earned with every search. VisualDx is licensed by the Alumni Medical Library. |

This session will provide an overview on how to conduct Advanced Searches in PubMed. PubMed has undergone significant revisions since 2020 (so much so that it is now informally referred to as PubMed 2.0 in the Library Science community) making this session relevant even for experienced users. Topics such as Automatic Term Mapping, Bracketing and the NLM’s Automated Indexing program will be discussed. This session will be held virtually so that participants may follow along on their own computers. |

Medical Educators Count Too: Lengthening the Table in Faculty Development So There is Space for Medical Educators
Sonia Ananthakrishnan, Craig Noronha, Juhee McDougal This interactive workshop will focus on the design of educator-specific faculty development in academic institutions. The medical educator milestones serve as a foundation to define specific educational skills for all levels of educators and for all institutions’ needs from which a longitudinal faculty development program can be created. Workshop attendees will create an educational specific faculty development-planning document specific for their section and institution. |

The subscribed resources that are available in the Access suite are designed to address multiple learning styles and promote active learning. In this session, we will learn about resources that can be utilized in curriculum redesign efforts, new content available, and tools that can facilitate integration. |
