Biography
Dr. Zhang is a clinician-investigator in pulmonary and critical care medicine whose research integrates epidemiologic methods with genetics and multi-omics approaches to improve risk prediction and advance understanding of the pathobiology of chronic lung diseases, with a focus on COPD, with the ultimate goal of enabling early disease identification and personalized risk stratification, prevention, and treatment.
