Biography

Dr. Karavas earned his medical degree from Charité – Humboldt Universität in Berlin, Germany. He received his training in Cardiothoracic Surgery in Germany and Vanderbilt University. He received additional training in Aortic Surgery at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He is board certified in Surgery and Thoracic Surgery.
