Biography

Dr. Alexandra Bachorik is Director of Education in the Women's Health Unit and an Assistant Professor at the Chobanian and Avedisian School of Medicine. She is a primary care internist at Boston Medical Center.

She received her medical degree at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai in New York City, and completed her residency in primary care internal medicine at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston, MA. Following completion of her clinical training, Dr. Bachorik completed a fellowship in medical education, including at Masters of Education at the Harvard Graduate School of Education. She is interested in care of the underserved, women's health, and medical education, with a particular interest in improving access to comprehensive reproductive healthcare through integration of these services in primary care practice and education.
