The Faculty Affairs Office is pleased to announce that Assistant Professor of Medicine/Rheumatology Monica P. Crespo-Bosque, MD, has been named Distinguished Faculty of the Month for February.

Dr. Crespo-Bosque joined the BU community in 2019.

Her nominators say, “Dr. Crespo-Bosque leads monthly JEDI series, fostering meaningful education and awareness, empowering faculty and trainees to adopt intentional practices that strengthen workplace relationships and enhance patient care.

“She plays a key role on the recruitment interview team, ensuring all guidelines are maintained throughout the recruitment process.

“Dr. Crespo-Bosque is instrumental in promoting the recruitment and retention of diverse trainees and faculty.”
