BMC OBGYN Residency Program Interview Standards
Post-interview Communication
- We do not communicate routinely with any of our applicants after the interview day. However, we do welcome any questions about our program that you may have after your interview.
Second Look/In-Person Visits
We do not offer formal second looks after interviews.
We understand that some applicants may want to visit in person to get a feel for our hospital, meet our residents, or explore the city—and we welcome that interest. We also know that not everyone wants or is able to travel, even when they’re truly excited about a program.
Please know that whether or not you visit will have no bearing on how we view your application or your place on our rank list. A visit will not be seen as a signal of special interest, and not visiting will never be held against you.
We are committed to a process that is fair, transparent, and centered on equity—for everyone.
