Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility

We provide a full range of diagnostic services and treatment options for reproductive endocrinology disorders such as infertility, polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS), amenorrhea, dysfunctional uterine bleeding, fibroids, hirsutism, recurrent pregnancy loss, and müllerian anomalies.

We offer the following types of reproductive surgery:

• robot-assisted laparoscopic tubal ligation reversal
• robotic and hysteroscopic myomectomy
• hysteroscopic lysis of uterine adhesions
• hysteroscopic correction of uterine malformations

Fertility preservation consultations are also available for patients preparing to undergo gonadotoxic chemotherapy and/or pelvic radiation therapy or to freeze their eggs for future use in conjunction with fertility treatment. Patients requiring assisted reproductive technologies and third party reproduction (donor egg therapy or gestational carrier) are treated in collaboration with Boston IVF.
