Biography

Aparna Repaka is a Gastroenterologist and Therapeutic endoscopist, based out of the VA Boston Healthcare system. She holds an Assistant professor rank at Boston University, and is the Director of Advanced Endoscopy at the VA Boston HCS. She graduated from Rangaraya Medical College, India in 2001, and completed her Internal Medicine Residency at Emory University School of Medicine in 2006. She then completed her Gastroenterology Fellowship training at University of Michigan Medical School in 2009 and a Therapeutic Endoscopy and Endoscopic research fellowship at University Hospitals Case Medical Center/Case Western Reserve University in 2011. Her interests include Pancreatico-biliary diseases, GI oncology, Obesity Medicine and Lifestyle. She is a member of the American Society for Gastrointestinal Endoscopy and currently serves on its Training Committee.
