    Panel discussion featuring insights from Faculty, Staff, and Trainees, on Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility (DEIA) within the Department of Medicine (DoM). The panelists discussed their diverse experiences, perspectives, challenges, and hopes for DEIA efforts in DoM. The goal of this discussion was to provide participants with a deeper understanding of the complexities, challenges and opportunities surrounding DEIA efforts within DoM.
