BU Spatial Biology Core
The Boston University Spatial Biology Core (SBC) is an in-house core facility providing access to and full-service data acquisition using:
- 10x Genomics Visium CytAssist for spatial transcriptomics assays.
- Standard BioTools Imaging Mass Cytometry Systems using metal-tagged antibodies or probes to detect 40+ markers (protein/RNA) within tissue samples at subcellular resolution.
In addition to these technologies, we also offer consultations to help users with preparing spatial assays, executing studies, and processing and analyzing data.
