Biography
Shaleen Chakyayil, MD, is an Assistant Professor of Medicine at Boston University Chobanian & Avedisian School of Medicine and a general internist at Boston Medical Center. She serves as Director of the Crosstown Resident Continuity Clinic and Director of Quality Improvement for the Internal Medicine Residency.
Her academic interests include medical education, quality improvement, ambulatory medical education, and primary care delivery. She is actively involved in resident education and mentorship, with a particular focus on improving the clinical learning environment, developing practical approaches to quality improvement education, and supporting resident growth in the ambulatory setting. She teaches and supervises medical students and residents across both inpatient and outpatient settings.
