Biography

Dr. Omid Salehi is a board-eligible general surgeon serving as an Attending at St. Elizabeth’s Medical Center in Brighton, MA, and as a Research Coordinator/Fellow in Surgical Oncology at Roger Williams Medical Center. He earned his MD from Tufts University and completed his residency in General Surgery at St. Elizabeth’s Medical Center (2016–2024), also undertaking a Surgical Oncology Research Fellowship. His work spans impactful research in cancer care, minimally invasive surgery, and healthcare disparities, with over 20 peer-reviewed publications and numerous lectures. Dr. Salehi is actively involved in professional societies and medical education, demonstrating a strong commitment to advancing surgical care and patient outcomes.
