Kerry K. McCabe, MD

Clinical Associate Professor, Boston University Chobanian & Avedisian School of Medicine

Biography

A 2000 graduate of the BUSM/BMC Emergency Medicine Residency, Dr. McCabe currently serves as Vice Chair of Education for the Department of Emergency Medicine and Assistant Professor of Emergency Medicine at BUSM. She is an integral part of resident and medical student education, a leader in curriculum development, a driving force behind multiple educational innovations at BMC, and a mentor for numerous medical students, residents, and junior faculty. Dr. McCabe is interested in faculty, fellow, and resident development; organizational culture; diversity, equity, and inclusion; the impact of emotions on medical education; and leadership.
