Residents as Teachers

There are two parts to the Residents as Teachers attestation.

1. Download and complete the Resident as Teacher Roster. This completed form will be attached as a file to the survey below. Note that the required upload link will disappear upon attestation that House Staff do not teach in the clerkship.
2. Complete the survey below.
