Ryan Turcotte Named Distinguished Staff of the Month for April

The Dean’s Office is pleased to announce that Ryan Turcotte, manager of BUMC IT Client Services, has been named Distinguished Staff of the Month for April.

Ryan joined our community in October 2012. He received a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Amherst College in 2010. After graduation he worked as the Amherst College’s Kermes Technology Fellow for two years before moving to Boston.

His nominators say, “Every time I have reached out to him, whether to purchase a new laptop, set up a laptop, trouble shoot a challenge (software/hardware), he responds quickly and efficiently solves the problem.

“Ryan is a patient and brilliant problem solver. If he does not know the answer to something, he efficiently researches and provides the answer. He is unfailingly professional, knowledgeable, timely and helpful.

“Ryan is a true BUMC treasure!”
