Gingerbread House Competition

On Friday, Dec. 11, students from the BUSM Class of 2018 and 2019 participated in the annual Academy Gingerbread House Competition. Eighteen teams put their gingerbread house building skills to the test and were judged for creativity, difficulty, precision, theme, and overall appearance. Doug Hughes, MD, associate dean for academic affairs and Paige Curran, MA, assistant dean of student affairs were the official judges for the event. Students competed for first, second and third place prizes, including best use of a secret ingredient – chewing gum.
